Executive, Security, Safety & Compliance
Requirement(s):
- Minimum qualification with a certified Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Experience in Safety Compliance and managing Security Officers/Guards with knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Preferably experience with audit from certified and registered as OSH Coordinator.
- Capable of conducting training, risk assessment, analysis, auditing, and inspection related to security, safety and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.

Facilities Engineer
Requirement(s):
- Candidate possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Facilities Management). Others equivalent may be considered if has experience in building, property or facilities management.
- Preferably candidates with relevant work experience in a Data Centre environment, hospital, or high-tech factory/plant or managing mission-critical facilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Being literate with AutoCAD is a MANDATORY. Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Malay and English languages is required.
- Knowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical (HVAC) system functions.
